I’m Allie (she/her) and I specialize in supporting folks like you tap into their innate healing ability and find relief from anxiety, from disconnection from the body, and from the constricting beliefs handed to them by complex past experiences.

I am dedicated to helping people feel at home with themselves.

My approach begins with creating relational safety and providing a space where you can show up honestly as yourself. From there, we will strengthen your connection to the tools you already have within you by compassionately tuning into your emotions, exploring body sensations, and befriending your nervous system. We will explore the parts of your story that have left you feeling trapped, and will work together to shift your relationship to those narratives. You will be empowered to move through your life from a place of self-trust, feeling at home in yourself again.

I offer individual therapy sessions at a rate of $120 per 50 minute session. I have sliding scale rates available. I am also in-network with Medicaid (Colorado Access + CCHA) and Kaiser. You can email me at allie@kincounseling.co.
