  • First, we’ll use body-centered therapies to create resources and coping skills, so that we can develop a sense of safety within you. Once we establish safety, we’ll start to explore the experiences and narratives that are holding you back

  • We’ll explore your sexual interests, desires, fantasies, etc. in a safe and nonjudgemental setting, always encouraging the fullest expression of you. Through this work, we’ll deepen your sense of connection to yourself so that you can experience more intimacy with others
