FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Have questions? We have answers.

  • We would be excited to hear from you and discuss your goals for healing. Reach out through our contact page— you can either send us a message or schedule a call. Following this call, we’ll begin to meet weekly or or every other week. The beginning of therapy consists of developing our relationship, exploring your story, and goal setting.

  • We’ll find a time to connect over the phone for twenty minutes— we’ll ask about what you’re hoping for from therapy and share a little bit about the way we work. Together, we’ll decide if we’re a good fit for each other. If we determine that another therapist may better meet your needs, we’ll provide you with referrals. Your well being is our priority!

  • We are in-network with Medicaid (Colorado Access and Colorado Community Health Alliance) and out-of-network of all other insurances. If your health insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide you documentation for reimbursement. We also accept HSA & FSA cards.

  • Our rates range from $100 per 50 minute session to $135 per 50 minute session. Megan’s rate is $135 per session. Marion, Morgan, and Kaley’s rate is $100 per session.

We do have some sliding scale rates available, down to $70 per session. Please inquire further if you are interested in working at a reduced rate. You can learn more here.

We also offer intensive sessions that are typically 2-4 hours and priced hourly.

  • Yes, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

  • Each week, we’ll send you a unique link to our HIPAA-compliant video meeting. Telehealth is undoubtedly a different experience than in-person sessions, but we’ve been pleasantly surprised by how connected we still feel to our clients. Teletherapy allows you to be in the safety of your own space while you embark in a process that can feel scary for some.

  • We have morning, afternoon, and evening availability on Monday through Friday.

  • The office is located at 1221 S Clarkson St, #222 in the West Washington Park neighborhood of Denver.

  • No matter the severity of what you’re experiencing, you’re bound to benefit from therapy. As we work together, you’ll develop skills to improve your daily life and learn more about how your past impacts your daily life. This type of awareness allows you to be more present in your world, so that you can respond rather than react.

Healing happens in the context of relationships, and a relationship with a therapist is uniquely healing, as there’s no stipulations about how you’re supposed to show up. If anything, investing in yourself for an hour a week makes a huge difference— it communicates (from you) to you that you’re important and worthy of being cared for.
